What Google's rendered HTML keeps of what isn't in the page's own DOM tree: open, closed and declarative shadow roots, the page's own text slotted into one or left out of it, and iframes of an indexable page and of a noindex one. Each part has a made-up word and a link of its own: the HTML tab of URL Inspection shows where each one ends up, and a Google search for the word whether it was indexed as part of this page. The shadow roots style their paragraphs red: if that red reaches this paragraph, their styles were taken out of the shadow root.
